In winter, due to the sudden drop in weather temperature and the large area of rain and snow, the use of lithium battery electric vehicles may occur: inaccurate power indication, large monomer pressure difference alarm, failure to charge, short mileage, acceleration Power outages, gear shifts, etc. Don't be afraid when these phenomena happen by chance. Maybe your car does not have a real quality problem, but is only affected by low temperature. If the fault cannot be resolved for a long time, you can go to the service station designated by the manufacturer for inspection. To remind the majority of lithium battery users:

1. Please try not to charge in bad weather such as rain and snow, and cover the charging port of the electric car at the same time. Although these charging ports have been waterproofed, the internal metal will rust and oxidize if exposed to a humid environment for a long time. and other situations, which will affect the charging efficiency and safety.

2. Try not to charge in the morning when the temperature is low, because the internal temperature of the battery is low at this time, the charging efficiency is not high at this time, and it will also affect the battery life. In view of this situation, it is recommended to recharge the tram after using it for a period of time. When the internal temperature of the battery rises, recharge it in time. However, it is not allowed to use an open flame or heating equipment for baking, which may cause safety problems.

3. The ice coating on the bottom of the tram should be cleaned in time. Although the exterior of the battery box is protected by baking paint, scratches and bumps will inevitably occur after a period of use. Ice coating will cause the battery box to rust, affecting the appearance and use. At the same time, it will also keep the battery at a lower temperature for a long time, which will affect the performance and life of the battery.

4. The actual available capacity of lithium batteries in a low temperature environment is slightly lower than that in a normal temperature environment, which is about 80% of the normal temperature, and may be lower in some northern regions, which will significantly affect the mileage of the tram. , the mileage is obviously not as far as before. This lost capacity can be recovered when the temperature is slightly warmer.

5. Do not store the tram in a place with a lot of water for a long time. Even if the current battery is waterproof, it is only waterproof for a short time. If it is in a state of water accumulation for a long time, the battery may still enter the water through the socket and so on. Lithium batteries and power management systems, as well as electrical components in the car, are very afraid of water. Once water enters, it may cause short-circuit damage to the battery and system components, resulting in other safety hazards. Therefore, when the tram is soaked in water or used on the water-logged road for a long time, please go to the service station designated by the manufacturer for maintenance in time.

6. When the tram or battery is not used for a long time, try to keep the battery in a charged state (SOC>80%) to prevent the battery from being over-discharged due to power consumption of the long-term storage system.
